Pinnacle House offers a range of furnished office rooms and suites suitable for single to multi
occupation arranged over ground and first floors linked by both staircase and lift with kitchens and
separate male and female toilet facilities at both levels. There is also a disabled toilet and shower
at ground floor level. A separate meeting room at first floor is available for use at no extra cost.
Access is via a security controlled door entry system and the whole building is covered by fire and
security monitored alarm systems.

The offices are furnished with desks, pedestals, chairs and storage units however the layouts can
be amended and rearranged to suit individual occupiers specific requirements.
Telephone handsets are included and subject to a small initial charge will be connected to the
telephone system and configured to suit occupiers requirements.

The property is heated by gas fired central heating radiators and the majority of offices are also
fitted with air conditioning units for comfort cooling in the summer months.
