The monthly occupancy charge covers rent, heating, lighting, air conditioning, general maintenance,
security and fire alarm maintenance and monitoring, cleaning, window cleaning waste management
and insurance.

Additional available services chargeable according to requirements include:
Insertion of occupiers name on directory board
Telecoms connection and usage
Broadband connection
Call answering service
Common photocopier usage (maintenance and paper provided)
Access to board/meeting rooms in central Edinburgh affiliated business centres

Set up business at Pinnacle House for as little as £35 per person per week.

The monthly Occupancy Charge is payable in advance together with an initial deposit equivalent
to one month's occupancy charge which is returnable at the termination of occupation subject to
cost of restoring any damage to the accommodation (fair wear and tear excepted) Feel free to ask for a quotation on any available room or combination of rooms.
